The pursuit of qualitative and quantitative research to guide design direction for the benefit of our user.
Fluency in the tools of my craft, including auditing and analysis, research, documentation, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, accessible design, high fidelity concepts, prototyping, generative AI and LLMs, and front-end coding.
A belief that an inclusive, collaborative, and self-reflective design culture is as important as the work itself.
An insistence that details matter. Users see a tight, polished experience as professional and trustworthy. Make it snap. Make it sparkle.
What academia or job training didn’t teach me, tenacity and uninhibited curiosity did. I bring that same drive to every product I touch.
